Just look arround in our webshop and put the products you like in the cart. After this you just follow the step by step pathway to purchase it. All the details like payment methods, shippment will be told there.

IMPORTANT!!! If you want to order clothes, please tell me your sizes. For example if you want to order a skirt tell me you hip size. Sometimes I put more buttons in it, because it should fit perfect ;)

Sending Informations

There are 3 ways for paying the order:

1. Cash in Advance
Here you have to pay first on our bank account. When the money is on our account I will send the parcel.

Pro: its the cheapest way for sending (in Austria about 5€, in the EU about 13€)
Contra: only after the money is on our account we send the parcel ... so if you want to have the parcel quick you have to be quick with the transfer ;)

The Account numbers I will tell you when you do the order

2. Pay on delivery

Pro: I can send the parcel right away, and you ?????pay the post man. Very Easy for you

Contra: Its not that cheap (in Austria about 10€, EU countries about 18€ + you have to pay your post as well for delivering up to 9€ ... depend how greedy your post is)

3. Pay Pal

Money will be transfered to officefraggletribe.com over PAYPAL

Pro: Transfer takes no time ... I can send parcel right away
as well cheapest way for sending (in Austria about 5€, in the EU about 13€)

Contra: you have to pay the PAYPAL money tax as well .... this is 3% of the transfered money (when you order 100€ you have to pay 3€ extra for transfer)

4. Information for sending products back

We are a very small label and of course it is possible to send goods back if you do not like them or if they are not fitting. The only problem is that we cannot pay for the shippment when you send us the product back, because this is only when you are a very big company which is sending hundreds of parcel every day. So please send us the goods back in a cheap option. When the goods arrive we will transfer you the money of the products to your account.

We hope you can understand this, but as we are not a big company we have to take this meassurement.
