Delivery Information
Fraggletribe sends with Hermes, the Austrian Post and for a little extra charge of around 10€ you can even book DHL Express if you need it really quick for example for a birthday gift.
Delivery timing is like following. Please order accordingly to your timely needs
DHL Express for Europe: 1 - 2 days
DHL Express outside Europe: 3 - 10 days
Standard Delivery for Europe: 3-14 days
Outside Europe: 10 - 60 days
This values above are only directions. For DHL Express we can give you an exact delivery date after we booked your DHL Express. For the Standard delivery we can only tell you the common timing which is told buy the postal services. Due to Covid they struggle a bit so we already increased the timeline so that you are aware that it can take time if you order via Standard Delivery.
All parcel services have a tracking link which we will provide after sending the parcel. We try to give you a better rate than the original price which is charged by these companies.
